CLEVELAND (AP) — Proud parents in Cleveland are thinking of their baby as a perfect 10 — partly because of the way he arrived over the weekend.

Kolsyn Liam (LEE'-uhm) Healy was born at 10:10 a.m. on Sunday, which was October 10th. That made it 10/10/10 on the calendar.
