The Dirty Dozen of Climate Change Denial

In 2006, according to the Pew Research Center, 77 percent of Americans saw "solid evidence" for global warming. By this fall, that figure had dropped to 57 percent—and just 36 percent said they believed that humans are to blame. That's good news for climate change skeptics and deniers, who have spent years trying to perpetuate the illusion that the reality of climate change is up for debate. Never mind that the scientific consensus is firmly on the side of global warming—for anyone seeking an alternate view, there's an entire parallel universe where junk science and bogus statistics ricochet through an echo chamber of kooky blogs, "nonpartisan" institutes, and fake "green" and "citizen" groups that are often acting on behalf of the oil and coal industry.
With Copenhagen kicking off and the overblown "Climategate" scandal making headlines, the deniers have even more fodder for their campaign to kill serious action to slow climate change.

Still hanging on to the lie, Leigh? Wow. No sense in trying to change the mind of a fanatic.
But, it has been revealed this whole debate is nothing more than a joke - an absolute joke. THE CLIMATE IS ALWAYS CHANGING, LEIGH!!!! WHAT IN THE HELL DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND ABOUT THAT????
Please add Patrick Dempsey of Chaska, MN as climate change denier #13, please. I can't believe it's snowing in December in Minnesota! We should spend trillions of dollars to make sure that it is 60 degrees everywhere all year round because we just can't have this climate change stuff, the erstwhile global warming no less. Until the Industrial Revolution, the earth's climate was constant - the entire globe was 60 degrees F all year long everywhere right back to the end of the last ice age. But, now that we have this ubiquitous 'climate change' crisis - remember, children, it used to be called global warming, but that was such a cannard they had to change it to climate change - that could have only been caused by human activity. The Sun? Not a chance!! The sun has no effect on the earth's climate. Zip. Zero. Nada. This climate change garbage is total bunk and it based on the holy grail - the computer models, which has proven to be a scheme beyond Madoff and Petters wildest wet dreams!
To all objective readers of this blog, continue to deny this Mann-made crisis. Don't let these 'scientists' dissuade your opinion that the whole climate change / global warming cabal is 100% dog sh*t.
Some observers equate the Global Warming disciples as followers of a religion. I feel that analysis is an insult to religion(all of them). Movements that rig the data, get caught "wishing for" what they profess to be true and demonize "unbelievers" instead of presenting reasonable proof are simply cults.
The Global Warming scare-agents belong to a cult who's goal is to redistribute wealth and desolve economic progress through coercion by the State.
Imagine what good could be done if these, mostly, brilliant minds would use their talents to actually help people.
