QUERY : Since Hy-Vee will deduct five cents for every bag I bring that they use to bag my groceries, why do not other grocery stores offer the same option ?
Shouldn't consumer have a choice ?

Where is a Senate companion bill and where are Senators Klobuchar and Franken on this issue ?
Plenty of other governmental units, from cities to states, have considered such legislation ... what about Minnesota ?
