Monday Morning Quarterbacks never call the wrong play ... the MPR story cites that this does not check eligibility status, so this more shopping tool than a sign-up tool. I heard that some states have placed shopping tools in front of the sign-up function and that has made to more satisfied users. From Day One, I have been concerned that the overload of the system has been because some people just wanted to check it out (maybe to find things to complain about.) Having the shopping tool in front would have helped a lot.

Did you check your Zip Code to find out what plans were available ?

My Zip Code response was :
We're Working On It

Minnesota has their own healthcare exchange, and hasn't shared that data with us yet. We are working around the clock to import their data from state records.

If you'd like to be notified when we add MN plans, you can sign up for our email list below.

In the meantime, you can find and compare plans on Minnesota's exchange.

When you click through, it takes you to MNSure ... where the first thing you will notice is a warning that some browsers are more compatible than others ...

I heard that MNSure was working on some features that would allow you to input your doctors to help find your best plan ... so I guess the point is that there can (and will) be improvements.
