New DM&E Scorecard
Not too long ago we posted a scorecard reflecting the players on the DM&E $2.3 billion, no collateral, taxpayer-guaranteed loan controversy. Since then, much has changed with the introduction of bills in the Senate and House requiring Congress to review any transportation-related loan over $1 billion. Below is the updated scorecard, with additions highlighted:
