Where should you buy your gas?

Just in case you're interested, the Better World Handbook has posted of chart of gas retailers according to their commitment to social responsibility. Not surprisingly, ExxonMobil, which has repeatedly denied the science of global warming and is a major supporter of the Bush administration and the Republican Party, finishes dead last with a grade of "F".

Every Progressive worth his/her salt needs to purchase ALL petroleum products from Citgo, the wholly-owned US subsidiary of Venezuela's Hugo Chavez. Even if the gas costs a bit more (And, more often than not, it's the cheapest!), we know the money is going for a good cause. Not only is Chavez raising the standard of living of his own people--Venezuela now has 100% literacy where America DOES NOT--he's standing up to our White House halfwit's intimidation tactics.

I'll pay for THAT...

Well, BP went down a bit.

And they have (had?) and internal carbon trading system (like Kyoto) that significantly reduced emissions from production.

BP incinerated people at their dangerous Texas city plant in 2005. Get gas at CITGO.
